Terms of Service

A reservation is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us. Rates and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Guests must be of legal age to reserve a room and may be asked for valid identification at check-in.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early arrival or late departure can be requested in advance and is subject to availability and possible charges.

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Within 48 hours, the first night may be charged. Event and group bookings follow separate terms confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements are communicated at the time of booking. You are responsible for all charges incurred during your stay, including incidentals.

Guests are expected to treat the property, staff and other guests with respect. We may refuse or end a stay for behaviour that endangers safety or significantly disturbs others.

To the extent permitted by law, the hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence. Please use in-room or reception safekeeping for valuables.
